Terms and Conditions for Stay Together Pre and Post Marriage Mentorship

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Stay Together Pre and Post Marriage Mentorship program. By participating in our program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Both partners must consent to participate in the mentorship program.

3. Program Participation

Commitment: Participants are expected to commit to the scheduled mentorship sessions and actively engage in the program.
Confidentiality: All information shared during mentorship sessions is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
Respect: Participants must treat mentors and other participants with respect and courtesy.
4. Mentorship Sessions

Scheduling: Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. Participants are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Feedback: Participants are encouraged to provide feedback to help improve the program.
5. Fees and Payments

Fees: Any applicable fees for the mentorship program will be communicated in advance.
Payments: Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of participation.
6. Limitation of Liability

The Stay Together Pre and Post Marriage Mentorship program is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. Participants agree to hold the program and its mentors harmless from any claims or liabilities.

7. Termination

By Participants: Participants may terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice.
By Program: The program reserves the right to terminate participation for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
